Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier drop-off point; once received at our Amsterdam warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
